Cumberland and early is the best law firm in the county. I got into some very horrible situations regardless of whether they my fault or not and they did everything they could to help me out. They had no problem answering my phone calls or helping me with any questions I had. He was always professional and he did everything he could and use his expertise to fix every issue we have, including the not facing charges I was absolutely innocent of. I'd like to personally thank Mr. Early for his hard work and expertise ...I mean every step of the way and his assistin Kathy as well. Thank you guys. My first impressions are very positive. When I needed a traffic attorney, I reached out to several firms. Mr Cumberland responded to my query within minutes and conducted a brief interview by phone. He advised of the costs and terms and immediately altered his quoted rate when he learned I was retired on a fixed I come. I subsequently made an appointment with Mr Erly to discuss my case. He was polite, friendly and, professional. He outlined possible outcomes, discussed decision and action trees to clarify various paths to an outcome, then advised me about what steps I needed to take to assist him in handling my case. I then met his legal assistant and was provided information on how to contact them when I needed anything.after I left their offices. I have subsequently received letters from their office that advised of their actions and informed me if my upcoming court date. At this point, my assessment is that this is a competent, professional law firm that works well to serve my interests. The only minor negative is that I have sent documents electronically but have received no reply of acknowledgement.

Aimee West has assisted me with several custody issues over the last couple years. She is amazing!!! Mrs. West is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, kind, and works hard to provide excellent representation. She responds to calls and emails in a timely manner and makes sure you are aware of all steps as they occur. Mrs. West makes sure you are well informed of your options, rights, and potential outcomes. She fights hard for her clients. I can't thank her enough for all the help she has given me.
