I had a satisfying experience working with the team at CBK for my EB2 NIW petition. Attorney Aleksandra Peryeva provided honest and straightforward advice when I reached out for an online inquiry. Despite my credentials as a postdoc with 12 papers (including five as first/co-first author), nearly 200 citations on Google Scholar, 6 peer reviews, and a patent, she advised that it wouldn’t be a strong case to apply for EB1A. I agree with her opinion, especially considering a senior colleague in my field, with over 50 papers and around 500 citations, got rejected for EB1A. The team took care of the majority of the paperwork for my EB2 NIW petition, and every member, including the paralegal, team leader, and case manager, was very kind and responsive. I opted for premium processing, and my petition was approved within three weeks. Their professionalism made the process smooth. Their service was worth the money.
Aleksandra Peryeva's team did paperwork for NIW Green Card, which I got a week ago. When I was thinking about which lawyer to pick, I had less expensive option, I selected Aleksandra's team because they took care of everything. i only had to answer some questions online, and I had to provide names of professors who agreed to write letters for me. I was also grateful for a payment plan which worked for my finances.
Working with CBK, particularly, Aleksandra Peryeva, is a nightmare. I have no idea how could she be promoted to something called senior associate attorney. I did both my NIW and EB1A case with her, and I got rejected for the EB1A case and got also a RFE for the NIW application, while I have a PhD degree with more than 200 citations at filling. It was very interesting, for the NIW application, the only one criteria that USCIS did not challenge me is my PhD degree. Otherwise, for all other criteria, they failed to provide a successful justification. They charge more than market average, they were overconfident that I don’t even have to review the recommendation letters and the package. It was until I read the NIW RFE letter, I realized that I made a mistake, and I shouldn’t trust them. Everything was poorly written, and they even misspell my name in the package. We have to re-write some of the poorly written recommendation letters, and some of the referee did not respond to my email anymore. So, I lost those opportunity to get a qualified recommendation letter for another EB1A filling. Thank god, I got my NIW approval after we responded to the RFE letter. But I wasted my time and opportunities for the EB1A case. They refuse to refund. When their partner Dan offer a free re-filing for the EB1A pathway, I rejected their proposal. They screwed it up and I don’t trust them anymore. I’d rather to pay others to give another try. I don’t recommend working with them. Now, I am working with other attorney, I also check with my friends who prepared the package by themselves, who worked with WeGreen and other attorneys. CKB is the worst I have seen so far. Many things, e.g., your job and your life, rely on your green card, but they don't care, the only thing that matters to them is that this is a business to make money. Check with others, good for you.
My husband and I have been working with Megan for years. She helped us through every step. Always able to get answers to questions and was so knowledgeable. It was so comforting knowing we had a friendly face to go to when we didn’t know what to do next. I highly recommend working with this firm! We won’t go anywhere else for our needs!
I highly recommend this attorneys office and I’d like to special thank for my attorney megan kludt for winning our asylum case on 07/2022 and make the smile on my face since that time. I took this picture after I left the attorney office right after we got the approval from the judge. Thank you so much ????
