Reviews

John Curry is an absolutely horrible mediator. He’s inappropriate, condescending, and inflammatory…just to name a few. Stay away!
Very bad service I paid the full amount my case should have been submitted to the court waited almost 3 Months when I went to the court they told me your case should have been filed 3 Months ago whenever I try to reach out via email my lawyer never replied so I pay them but I did the paperwork instead when I asked to refund my money back they refused
Strong lawyers are always trying hard to do justice. I am proud to have a great influence of hope. When we go through the hardest trife in life there are here to help to stay focused. I'm grateful there are still good men left in every one's interest.
Terrible receptionist. Called needing legal advice about a serious time sensitive matter. The phone manner of the receptionist felt like talking to a reluctant teenager. The call was disconnected so I called right back. No answer. Had to call a 2nd time. Her lack of phone etiquette is incredibly unprofessional. I'll be contacting another office.
My husband used this office for mediation for his divorce from his ex and it was agreed upon to use for all future conflicts. Completely asside feelfrom myings on how incredibly one sided Williams seems to be or his complete discard for actual facts and understanding of accounting, the office in it's entirety is awful. Trying to set up anything is long and laborious. They do not respond, they do not communicate, and they take an ungodly amount of time to get back to you if they even do. For one case we submitted for arbitration and had heard back from his assistant Linda. When we tried to set it up she emailed us back nearly a month later saying she had forgot about us. Eventually we were set up on the calendar and submitted all our documents. We never heard back regarding whether or not she's gotten the documents or when we might hear back. Requests to clarify if they got everyone's paperwork, trying to see if they needed anything further went u responded. After over 2 months not hearing anything back, even a confirmation of receipt, we have up. Awful customer service! Possibly the silver lining is Williams is an awful arbitrator that heavily leans one sided no matter what facts are. So blessing in disguise?
