If 0 stars was an option, I would use that option. The ONLY way I was ever able to get a hold of her was to go down to the office. EVERY time I called her receptionist would say "she is out of the office" or "she is in court". I attempted to use Cynthia for my custody case, paid her 500$. Never received an invoice, so when I called to let her know I was taking my business elsewhere, her receptionist was rude and hateful. It's been almost a month and a half and I STILL haven't heard from Cynthia about receiving an invoice OR my money back. Do yourself a favor, save your money and go to see another attorney!

BAD IDEA!!! Please save yourself from a horrible experience. Cynthia Clausen doesn't return phone calls or communicate with her clients. Once the up-front retainer fee is collected, you won't hear from her again. I had to drive to her office and drop-in unexpectedly in order to get guidance on my case. When I told her I had been trying to reach her by phone for OVER A MONTH, she tried to make excuses and even blamed her receptionist. She didn't even bother showing up for my court date. She handed my case off to someone else in her office (not even sure if this person was even a lawyer). Because of her lack of communication, my car was repossessed (she ignored mail she had received from my credit union requesting a renegotiation of my car loan). The car was my only form of transportation and I have a small child with lots of doctor's appointments. I don't think she even deserves 1 star here but it was my lowest option.

Husband and I were going to divorce nothing went to court just took information I paid over 400.00 , we decided to work things out. I have tried to call and email asking if I could be refunded the money I was putting down for the procedures that is not needed anymore. She said nothing would be started until the full amount of 1200.00 was paid first. No one wants to call me back not even a email , very poor communication for a law firm that's not good for business or reviews!!

Cynde is the incredible attorney that I have ever had the pleasure to work with. She made a difficult situation much easier to get through and I wouldn't ever choose another attorney if the need arises! Also, her Paralegal was absolutely spectacular and together they make a great team! I would advise anyone looking or needing the advise of the most professional and knowledgable attorney you can hire, give her a call and you will be taken care of with the highest lever of integrity and professionalism that you WILL EVER EXPERIENCE WHEN HIRING HER AS YOUR ATTORNEY!!!!!!!! I guess you can tell, she is the best attorney you could hire!!!!

Cindy was there for everything I needed, she guided me through the entire process without hesitation. I felt very comfortable and secure throughout the entire situation.
