I used this company twice and the first time was great but something happened the second time that will make me never look at them as an option again. Nancy mismash was rude and very unprofessional. I had been waiting for almost 2 years for a small check from a car accident. she had asked me an amount I would be happy with to settle on, since it had been over a year, to get it over with then had me wait 5 more months before contacting me again. come to find out she had been offered $500 more for my case a year earlier and had been holding onto it for whatever reason. When I finally got upset (I had been extremely understanding due to COVID and hearing they had staffing issues) I had to talk to Rick who finally told me we had an offer for more than I was expecting and had the option to get it for over a year. Nancy was childish and extremely rude when I confronted her and wanted information regarding my case. I will be telling everyone I possible Can to not go to this company specifically to avoid her.
