Chris is a Utah-licensed attorney who works exclusively in personal injury, auto accident, and general negligence matters. Chris is a combat veteran (he served in Iraq for twelve months), husband, and proud father of two energetic children. After graduating from the University of Utah law school in 2008, he worked as an associate for a large Northern California law firm, where he litigated civil and domestic cases, including high-profile wrongful death matters. After returning home to Utah, Chris worked with a small local firm, where he honed his skills in personal injury and auto-accident matters. Now, he practices exclusively in dog-bite and auto-accident cases.

Brad DeBry previously worked at Robert J. DeBry & Associates in various capacities for more than 25 years.(Brad DeBry is not associated or affiliated with Robert J. DeBry & Associates, P.C.) Brad started out sweeping the floors and making copies at Robert DeBry & Associates while still a young man, and upon seeing how the work his father Robert performed on behalf of others made a difference in their lives, he knew that this was the path he wanted to take. Excited to start his own law firm The LawyerUp Injury Group now serves clients throughout Utah and Idaho. More than anything else, Brad is motivated by helping people navigate through the difficult and traumatic experiences in their lives. Melton Law was founded by William L. Melton. William has taken pride in serving his clients and his community for many years. After experiencing his own encounters with the legal system he decided to dedicate his career to the pursuit of law. William has been involved in proactively changing to improve the community in multiple ways throughout his career. In addition to fighting for his clients in the courtroom, William is also actively involved in making changes at the legislative level. In 2015, William helped lobby and successfully pass the alternative parent-time schedule. This new law substantially increased the amount of time that non-custodial parents receive with their children. Additionally, William is an appointed member by the governor to a state Child Support Guidelines Committee. The committee is responsible for making recommendations to the legislature for changes to the child support guidelines. William has worked on hundreds of different cases from minor traffic infractions to major sex crimes and white-collar crimes. William is an experienced trial attorney with experience on all sides of a criminal case. During law school, William clerked for the Hon. Judge Parker in the Third Judicial District Court, he assisted clients in the Idaho Street Law Clinic and worked in the Utah County Attorney's Office prosecuting cases in both their misdemeanor and major crimes divisions. Thomas Weber is an aggressive, careful, and detail oriented defense attorney and litigator. Mr. Weber served as an LDS missionary to Taichung, Taiwan from 2000-2002. Mr. Weber obtained his law degree from the University of Wyoming in 2009, and his bachelor of arts degree from the University of Utah in English in 2004. He holds an international law certificate from the East China University of Politics and Law. Mr. Weber is admitted to the Utah State Bar. Mr. Weber speaks Chinese and English. He currently resides in Sandy, Utah, but travels often to China and the Philippines.

James E. Harward attended Brigham Young University and received a B. A. degree in English. His legal education and training came at the University of California Hastings College of Law in San Francisco. Mr. Harward has over 30 years of legal experience in private practice, corporate counsel, and government positions including the Director of Legal Affairs to the Industrial Commission (now the Labor Commission) and Administrative Law Judge for the Utah State Tax Commission. He has developed his practice of providing outstanding personal legal services to a select clientele ranging from airline companies to medical device development and manufacturing companies. His expertise is particularly helpful in new company development and reorganizations and restructuring of struggling companies. His trial experience is extensive and broad from complex tax matters to white-collar criminal tax matters. In addition to his experience in the practice of law, he was a board member of the Utah State Department of Professional Licensing and Chairman of the licensing board, President of the Utah Chapter of NAPEO, co-chair of the Utah State Bar Task Force on administrative law reform, Adjunct Professor for the National Judicial College, University of Nevado-Reno and an avid outdoorsman and family man.​

Diana has been a mediator for twelve years, since 2012. She has helped hundreds of couples resolve their divorce and custody conflicts through mediation, without the extra cost, delay, and emotional trauma of litigation. Diana is also an attorney and has represented people in family law cases, including divorce, custody, and paternity matters, for 30 years. She is intimately familiar with the law, courtroom procedure, judges and litigation. Diana is also skilled at diplomatic negotiation, and has resolved countless cases over the past 30 years as an attorney, through mediation. She was a founding partner of "Huntsman, Lofgran, Walton, PLLC, where she has led her firm in practicing law since 2005. She is presently of counsel with HLW, having retired from litigation in March, 2024.
