Dale Carson Law

I have had multiple citations for speeding and Dale Carson Law has handled every citation I received and in all cases they got Adjudication withheld, no points on my license. If it were not for them my driver's license would have been suspended. Dale Carson Law is hands down the best traffic attorney in Jacksonville. I highly recommend them to my friends and anyone else who gets a traffic citation.

My wife had gotten multiple speeding tickets and was summoned to court for her last one...Dale Carson Law represented her in court without her having to show up. They were still able to get her no points on her license with 4 he traffic school online. Sam was great in answering all her calls right away and helping her throughout the process. She kept her informed of what was going on and sent over all important documents via email. The team has also helped myself multiple times for speeding violations, that is why I referred my wife over to them. Overall an amazing team to have your back!

Sadly reviews are true. I paid them 5 thousand to handle a simple misdemeanor and they failed at everything. Maybe they were good at one time or maybe just at traffic but they definitely did not care about my case. It would take sometimes over one week to get the lawyer assigned to case to call back.

I called Dale Carson Law, regarding a legal issue and spoke with Jackie Carson. In speaking with Jackie, I found out that Dale Carson Law firm wasn't able to help me with my issue for which I was calling, as it was an issue regarding estates and trusts. But much to my surprise, even though Jackie knew that I wasn't going to become a client, she spent her precious time with me and pointed me in the right direction, to help me get a solution for my problem, knowing full well that the Dale Carson Law firm and she would not make anything on me. Helped bolster my faith that people are good and willing to help others! If that's how Jackie, a reprsentative of Dale Carson Law treated me, not even a client, then as a client or someone looking for a law firm for representation, I would say you couldn't be in better hands! Wonderful, kind and caring woman who clearly works for a wonderful firm!
