It is a shame I even have to give them one star. They epitomize smooth talking crafty lawyer. They keep on convincing you that you have this, and hang in there, while the clock spins out of control. I had a chance to settle for an unfavorable, but tolerable settlement. Dale convinced me that no Judge would ever rule in her favor or even allow me to accept terms comparable to settlement. So we pushed on, infuriating my ex-wife and her counsel, starting a bloody battle in which my attorneys fees reached into six figures. Dale was right, the Judge did not rule in order of the settlement. It was WAAAYYY worse. Lost everything, stuck with maintenance and child support no one could afford, and Dale immediately files a lien on me and threatens suit, knowing I have nothing left. Not at all the picture they painted for the proceeding 10 months!!
