Don't let the name scare you. Down to earth friendly and attentive with everyone who walks in the door. Cost is based on need and it is not above average local cost for legal issues. Very polite and reliable.
This office is absolutely not handicap accessible. When that point was brought to their attention, they shrugged it off and said oh it's an old building we can sign your papers in the parking lot. Shame.
Brian Spade is the guy you want for a divorce. He's busy, doesn't always get things moving as quickly as you might want, but he's definitely worth the wait. VERY though, knowledge, tells it like it is, no holds barred! Very satisfied with the outcome!!

This firm was hired for a simple custody case. The attorney that took the case chose not to listen to what I had to say. The judge hearing the case was a close friend of the family I was fighting against and dirty strings had already been pulled. This was the sloppiest most ridiculous case I have ever heard and he lost!! All he could say was that he had never lost a case to that judge. If he would have listened in the first place maybe the outcome would have been different. He had no problem taking his payment and moving onto the next case. Meanwhile my relationship with my children suffered. I would highly recommend hiring someone more competent!!
