John Daniels is the kind of person you seek out when things go bad. I had a custody battle with the Mother of my child, while I was struggling financially. John was very understanding and was willing to work with me through it. He’s a class act and is very meticulous with his work. His approach was very reassuring and serious. I would suggest him and his firm to anyone dealing with a similar matter. I find myself counting my blessings til this day. And would hire him again if I ever needed it.

My mother elected this man to represent her against the state of New Jersey for a dcp&p disagreement. To start the representation process a $10,000 retainer was required. He came across as a very down to earth/genuine guy so my mother decided to pay him and proceed forward with his council. Once he was paid it seemed as if his whole demeanor changed. He was not nearly as attentive to calls or texts and prolonged the entire process as long as he could until his next payment was required. My mother had caught onto his scheme and when it came time to meet the man she gave him a termination of representation letter. IT GETS EVEN WORSE NOW the man sends my mother a termination letter as she is driving home from his office and tries to say he terminated her first. I believe that is the way he is able to keep her money. Basically wasting all of the weeks she waited on him. Definitely not a honest man. *Comment Response* Hi Mr. Daniels? My mother used no alias in order to express concern in what you call practicing law… I wrote this review on my own volition because I feel you simply did the wrong thing. If you did no wrong why would I be writing the review sir? And also why would you respond to cover yourself??? To be quite honest Mr. Daniels this isn’t the first time you’ve done this and surely isn’t the last. I will pray for you ????????
