Ms. Davis, a licensed pilot, earned her Bachelor of Science from Middle Tennessee State University in Aerospace Administration in 1999 and worked for the best airline in the world for five years. She then went to law school at Nashville School of Law.
Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Davis opened her own practice, focusing on criminal defense. Over time, she began defending police officers in administrative proceedings. This practice then grew into representing law enforcement officers throughout the State in use of deadly force incidents.
Today, Ms. Davis serves as General Counsel for the Tennessee State Lodge of the Fraternal Order of Police, and as a panel attorney for the Nashville lodge of the FOP. She is also an attorney for other police representative organizations
Due to her extensive representation of police officers, Ms. Davis does not accept all types of criminal cases. She only accepts those cases that involve firearms.
Ms. Davis is a member of the National Rifle Association, the Well-Armed Woman, Tennessee Firearms Association, and the Society for Integrity in Force Investigation and Reporting.
