I called to make sure the balance that I owed was correct and that the check I was sending would cover total. Tanya was very argumentative and very rude. I explained to her that I just wanted to take care of the matter without rudeness. She repeatedly had an attitude and was very condescending. I am already upset and extremely embarrassed because of the situation I was in. She did not help matters. I give ten thumbs down and will say prayers for her that she finds some sort of happiness in her life.
Please be more respectful when calling. And you will accomplish more. Thank you!
I had a great experience. They setup automatic payments and it was taken right out of my account. Never had an issue getting in touch with someone.
Refused to work with me on a payment change due to the government overtime laws. Was rude and basically hung up on me. All they care about is the money and nothing else. Takes a really special person to do that kind of a job.
Owed some money to a company I had already tried to make payments with. They'd only accept a lump some, and until I paid it would continue billing me late fee's and interest. -JcPennys Also so I was sued, I called Gamache and Meyers few weeks ago to just get this cleared up and off my back. Like I had ALREADY tried doing. They set up a settlment of 1,200 for 3 payments of $400. So I gave them my routing number---bank account info etc. SO it would be taken out of my account on the same date for next 3 months. Welp the day came...Nothing was taken out of my account. I tried calling that next day-- waited on hold, and then was told by an operated machine "I could not be transfered, please call back at another time "Goodbye" then automatically hung up. So let's just say i'm not happy. And if they want their money they better stick to what was agreed. I'm NOT calling every time to deal with this. You got my bank info to directly take it out. SO do so!
