As a single professional woman with no children I really had never felt it terribly critical to have a will, let alone a trust. Why bother? But my sister encouraged me to look into it so I did. David was so helpful and knowledgeable. He made it easy for me to understand what a will can and can't do for me and explained how a trust would be beneficial. To be clear, he did not pressure me one way or another, he simply explained to me what the various legal documents were for and how they could make things so much easier for ME if I ever become incapacitated (I'd never thought of that!) as well as for my sister if I should "go" first. I have peace of mind now, knowing everything is settled. David clearly knows estate planning, inside and out, and his good counsel if invaluable. David is a childhood friend of mine and for the past several years my law partner. David is an excellent attorney who gives each client his personal attention so he can design an estate plan that meets their individual needs.
