Go elsewhere. These representatives just want to give loose legal advice. Rebecca Larson had a conflict of interest in my employment law case. After losing my job, instead of filing the FMLA/FLA lawsuit within thirty days as required by law, she instructed me to file a complaint with the EEOC in case of bringing federal charges. That appointment with the EEOC took almost three months, resulting in failure to file state charges in a timely manner. Can I get a refund...yea right
I am a provider that frequently works with attorneys on personal injury cases. This was the most dishonest and unprofessional group I have ever worked with. The only time they would speak to us was to ask us to cut our fees nearly in half. Probably 10+ phone calls were never returned. Ben Zelinsky was rude and especially dishonest. I will never work with this group again.
Very attentive and great communication with very knowledgeable attorneys. You cannot go wrong with them, period.
Communication has been an issue. Also, emails are very unprofessional. I have a family member that had a case that could have been solved in a year, which took 4 years to solve. Meeting with the lawyer felt very unprofessional, felt like an interrogation and not like an actual meeting to solve the case. Communication felt very complicated and annoying. Each lawyer has like 10 assistants so you don't know who to go to when you have a question.
Very difficult to find an attorney who works with vehicle title issues. Thomas Dashiell is the best! I bought a vehicle in Washington from a small dealership I live in Oregon because of covid19 it took three months before I found out that the dealership failed failed to mail the title to Oregon DMV. After another three months of trying to get the title I hired Thomas and in two months I learned the owner of the dealership had died two weeks after my purchase. Corona virus made a nightmare worse, Thomas got my title in short order. I couldn't have done it by myself, money well spent and a very good value, thank you Thomas.
