Highly disappointed If I don’t reach out I don’t get any updates I call all ext provided No contact no response. I was referred by a close friend of the office members and with this being my first accident i would have definitely preferred to experience the care others on here say they experienced.. my case was changed to different attorneys and managers and no one said anything so it’s been over a year and last communication was via email after complaining of not knowing the status of my case. I know my one case didn’t make a difference but I rather express the disappointment being that I trusted the referral given but if there is a next time I’ll take my chances with the radio commercials smh
