This firm represented me, during which time they never responded until day of deadlines, didn’t call back and the paralegal handling my case was rude and never returned calls. They received my car title and said it was mailed to me. I never received it, never got a call back after my last email and I’m still trying to get my car issued again. It’s very frustrating and I’d never recommend them or use them ever again.

They lie about anyone calling back and their staff is rude when you ask them why they haven’t kept their word . Waste of time.

I hired Marcus Sedllio to help me with my divorce at the beginning of March 2023. I gave him a $3,000 retainer. Three weeks later, he hadn't even served my wife the papers. I asked why he hadn't tried serving her at work and he pretty much shrugged me off. So after nearly a month and no forward movement, as well as an unprofessional attitude, I replaced him. When he found out, he called my phone only to hang up on me! I emailed him and asked for an itemized bill to be sent to a specific address. Out of spite, he sent it to the address I specifically asked him NOT TO. And out of additional spite, he padded my bill and bilked me out of my $3000 as well as charging me another $75. I had my current attorney look over the bill and she said he charged me for work that was done at the courthouse by a clerk, not my attorney. Again, clearly padded out of spite. I canceled my legal shield subscription. I filed a complaint with legal shield. I will be filing a complain with the state bar. I know I won't get the money back. This isn't about the money anymore. I trusted your firm during a personal low point. I went to you for help and you took my money and did nothing for me. Working in TV Journalism, I understand the importance for helping people.
