A new buyer I had used this law firm. Their office made the closing go smoothly even when the other attorney was not communicating well. I decided to recommend them to my seller on my next listing That deal was complicated by the other side, but again Debicki Law, Joanna and her staff were amazing. Used this office once purchasing my house. Before the closing I cannot complain for anything especially communication with the attorneys. After the closing, once receiving several past due water/sewer bills and sending each time multiple emails requesting for resolving the issue with the sellers attorney I received no update. Communication with the law office decreased to zero. It was their responsibility to make sure all utility accounts were paid by the previous owner before the closing. After the closing there is no help from this law office. You can only expect no communication and obligation to pay bills belonging to the previous owner just to avoid a lien in property or further collections.
