I was a client here for several years in a high conflict custody battle AFTER trying two other different lawyers who were more interested in money and keeping up the fight. Ms. Kay is different in that she is not about draining your pocket book and did everything for my case to get us out of the system as fast as possible. That meant I would no longer be her client.........she is not about money. However, keep in mind, ALL decent lawyers are expensive in family law. I doubt you can find one under $350/hr and I previously had an absurdly expensive one that was $600/hr and $1000/hr in court appearance...that was insane! Ms. Kay is unique in that she is extremely intelligent (this helps as she can assess any situation very quickly and hit it on the mark in minutes), she's a voice of reason (she sits or did previously sit, as a temporary judge and can assess accurately from a judges point of view), and she's really about ending your fight with the other side as her number one goal.

I am stricken how fast this lawyer was charging me huge fees. In front of the judge, she was inexistent and full of anxiety. The other lawyer was the only one heard. I ran out just in time to save the rest of my savings, she would have sucked it all up in 6 months. All of that in bating clients with false information. Stay away.

Do not call this attorney for assistance her office is a scam . They do not provide honest service because the provide false information on the internet to attain business from consumers in need of help . They will on help based on how much they can extract out of your case . Do not use this firm they will not help you and u will end up paying high prices for nothing ! Ever wonder how lawyers get rich ...well here’s a clear explanation of how it’s done : they ask for a heavy retainer fee and then hardly do anything after they begin to charge $350-$450 a hour for continuous work up keep on the case and if u don’t then u lose all your money u invest and your entire case ! Good job hiring legal licensed scum !

Only cared about what she was going to make and nothing else, she acts very nervous before a judge and was too friendly with opposing council
