My attorney Mr. Almeroth is the BEST! He had distinguished knowledge of the court process and laws for my case, which was out of state. I am super pleased with the outcome and advisement I received. I have read some of the negative comments about Attorney Phelps and I agree 110%. I am appalled at his lack of professionalism, horrible disposition, nonchalant attitude and rude behavior. What decent law firm would have someone like him as an attorney working for their firm? I am a Legal Shield member and getting ready to cancel my membership because of the overall awful experience I had with Attorney Phelps. If he, is in any way, the example of how Legal Shield operates and conducts business, then I want no part of it. This firm really needs to speak with Phelps about his poor interpersonal skills and lack of professionalism if they want to keep Legal Shield members satisfied and be regarded as a decent and reputable law firm. If not, then I would have to say that a lot of other Legal Shield members are going to cancel their membership just as I am if they have to deal with Phelps.

This law firm is the biggest joke in Atlanta! I have been waiting for the help of my lawyer since using legal shield to help with my case today. The lawyer Elizabeth Britt is incompetent and inv consistent and I don't understand how she is even a lawyer. Nobody has a since of urgency to help. If you can never use them don't... Update: Still no response or call back. i will never reach out to someone who dropped the ball as important of an issue i had. There is no use to undermine people paying for services to use when the company is useless of using in your time of need.

I’ve never dealt with a more unprofessional, poorly run business that lacks all integrity…in my entire life. If you’re assigned Alfred Phelps…request different representation in my opinion. 2 weeks after discussing my matter nothing was done nor could he tell me when it would get started. I was confused how he had time to call me back when I requested only to say he doesn’t know, nor is he at liberty to say, when he can get to my matter nor give me an estimation. He needs lessons in manners and work efficiency. The irony is he went to law school to have people pay for his advice yet the man says nothing at all. This LegalShield law group has you by the balls and they know it…hence the lack of urgency, manners and the audacity to hire people such as Alfred Phelps. Do better Deming Parker. Do better.
