You would think this Government agency is involved in protecting labors in the field and serving the public. Rather instead they attack small business owners and run people out business. Shame on the Department of Labor and Industry.

The government helps itself out, not the people. I don't matter to them. No one does. Where can you go to get help? Not here!!! My family will suffer because of lies!! No one to go to, way to watch out for your citizens, but I better keep up on those taxes. They need money

My personal address is listed as a business address which I have no association with. It has caused problems with people showing up at my home unhappy with said business. I have asked them to remove my personal information from this listing as it is incorrect. I keep getting the run around and being told I need to provide them with the correct information!?! What? I did not make this error, how in the hell is it my problem to find out the correct information for them. Why should I have to play detective and do their jobs. Simple solution, remove my inaccurately displayed personal information from your website...

Having an extremely hard time getting help with recouping wages from an employer who labeled me as a contractor. I have had the displeasure of speaking with both Sonia and Miguel who were extremely rude and unprofessional. Sonia told me it was a "lesson learned" well Sonia the IRS disagrees and has determined I WAS an employee! Now who wants to help me?! Miguel told me the DOL didn't handle wage issues! LMFAO how do these people have government jobs?

Don't help the owner of the company mi mom Work Don Nelson cancel the payment of her last check and they (mdl)close the case because he don't answer the phone.really!!! They just call him nAnd ups sorry he don't want talk to us.
