I'd provide Zero stars if I could. I called to asked a non-tax related question to Claudine and I got rushed off the phone and hung up on without getting out what I wanted to ask and I'm not selling anything. Response was "we are in tax season we don't have time for this". Extremely unprofessional.

Very disgusted on the way the worker answered the office phone. She asked how did I hear from them, and I answered online. She then said well we aren't taking new clients and hung up the phone! Very unprofessional. I will be calling the office manager
