Mr. Joseph Sordillo and Mr. Richard Ahsler represented the New Market Crossings Condominium Owners Association to file a lien followed by foreclosure of a Unit of the association against outstanding dues. Legal fees accumulated to $17,759, which is extremely high and unaffordable. The association found that the foreclosure was filed without a proper lien. We talked to several other attorneys who told us that the Court strongly encourages an ADR before filing a formal complaint. The firm ignored an ADR. The association eventually terminated the services.
Jeff Pompeo and Rick Ashler do not care about your best interest, or if the paperwork they are providing is correct. Constant typos, wrong information, and they provided the completely wrong contract for the sale of my LLC. When questioned about it, they blamed it on me and charged an extra 1000 dollars for doing absolutely nothing. You would be better off using google as your attorney then these two. If your looking for professional attorneys, look elsewhere!
