Diane Downs has gained valuable experience working in law firms and as an in-house counsel for such companies MTN Satellite Communications, Inc., Motorola, Inc., and World Fuel Services, Inc.   Ms. Downs has an extensive technology and telecommunications background and is recognized by her peers as an excellent negotiator.  She counsels clients in negotiating contracts and complex business transactions, as well as helping them resolve disputes and regulatory challenges. Her clients include broadband service providers and telecommunications companies in the U.S. and globally.  She has negotiated contracts for Fortune 500 companies in the US and in Asia-Pacific, South America, Mexico, Europe and Africa.  She also has successfully negotiated contracts with state, local and federal government entities and foreign government entities, all with successful results.

Ms. Downs also serves her clients by advising and representing them in issues involving evictions, real estate transactions, landlord/tenant disputes, and preparing estate planning documents geared to clients’ needs, whether clients have large or small assets.
