I remember like it was yesterday. Coming from Aldi on Gun Hill Road on my way home when suddenly I was rear ended. I was scared, and after thanking God I was alive, it was time to begin the process. I waited a week still in shock, and went to an adult spine clinic after experiencing increased pain in my neck and back. He referred me to a chiropractor I saw that same day. After he examined me I asked if he could refer me to a lawyer. And that’s how I became connected to Sacco & Fillas. From 7/2020 when I signed those papers, the wonderful staff at Sacco & Fillas have been with me every step of the way. Doctor visits, referrals, etc. A little over 4 years later, I am grateful to have signed my check release papers today with the lovely #VickieHerrera I read some reviews that spoke about 33% being taken, that is the standard and Sacco & Fillas is a reputable law firm. I understand that we all need money, but if you focus on healing, getting better, allowing your body to respond to the treatment, releasing the tension and stress from the trauma of the accident, you will see that health and peace of mind is the greatest payout. If you can be patient and allow the lawyers to fight on your behalf and not settle prematurely, I believe you will surely not be disappointed with the outcome. IG:@blossom_abundantly

This is my first time going through something like this. Hopefully I never have to experience another accident ????. This lawyer office Sacco & Fillas LLP is a wonderful company. I did refer them to others and will continue to do so in the future. My lawyer I had was Victor Bota, remarkable lawyer. Very patient and they either come out to you and walk you through all the paperwork and explains things to you. Keeps you updated on appointments with the various doctors. Love that they have a list of recommendations for you so you’re not left on your own to look for things. The staff is just as wonderful as the lawyer you get and friendly. Makes you feel at ease. ????

Had the best experience with this firm. Rachel was amazing and very knowledgeable. She was able to answer every single question I had and I loved that. I can tell that she is very passionate with helping people. She was very patient and she was able to successfully solve my problem. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I normally don’t do reviews but this review must be done!! I’m going to start off by saying this lawyers should uphold standards of professionalism, integrity, client loyalty while acting with honesty, diligence and appropriate communication with their clients from the beginning of this case to the ending I the lack of communication on both cases was at a very low! First case settle satisfy with the amount dissatisfied with the communications and the attitude of the attorneys/paralegals very nonchalant every attempt of communication I the client initiated the majority of the communications. During this time a year will go buy no follow up now these are attorneys/lawyers that uphold standards of a firm. Second case the Attornery abruptly left the firm I did not know who was handling my case no calls when I did reach out to a male paralegals he indicated he will look into etc and to call him then phone calls goes unanswered. This went on for quite some time until I reach out to Polly who then gave me the information for management and was then told who was working on my case meaning the new attorney. This review is not to bash any one but hopefully use as a educational/training tool for those in need!! Moving forward case settle 11/24 due to Medicare/medicaid rule liens must be cleared up which can take 120 days great understood it’s now 2 months where’s my settlement check! Ok guess it’s going be the exact 120 days and hopefully any interest earned between those 4 months is issued as well if the amount is in a interest bearing account. The treatment and the unprofessionalism I receive from this firm I would never recommend to anyone Imagine you asking about you monies that you are compensated for due to your injuries and to think that the receive their share 33% and feel there’s no need to interact until they feel like it is deplorable!! I will take my complaints further and I don’t need any management under my post saying how sorry they are please reach out to management no thank you!! I will deal with these issues else where!! Reviews does not lie now I see exactly why this firm receive 1 star!!

After 7 years. I’ve been told I need to use my PTO and go to a doctors appointment in manhattan, when I live in Brooklyn . When I asked that I receive payment for that day and transportation. I’m told by a black man who refused to give me his name saying “ okay since you don’t WNAT to move forward with the case.” When I said “ don’t gaslight me.” He said I’m not gaslighting you. You’re not the only client. As if that’s my concern. The state of New York allowed a fire truck to drive through a BIKE LANE, side swiping my car. The driver of the fire truck also lied saying “ My ex boyfriend turned the wheel of the car into the bike lane.” ( you can see even if the wheel is turned it wouldn’t touch the bike line. When I asked to speak to someone else , he lied straight to my face and said “there’s no one else here to speak to.” It’s 11:47am on a Monday and I just spoke to the operator. Leaving me with 2 slipped disc in my back. I’m not 40. The black man I spoke to is the final straw & reason I’m leaving this law firm.
