My company hired this firm to represent us for a zoning Variance hearing to build an additional storage building on our property . I originally spoke with Megan Cain & also with John Moore & Brian Tuohy Regarding our project - everyone was very attentive to my needs & provided professional opinions & options! Megan kept me well informed during the process & Brian did the presentation @ the hearing ! The variance passed & I was approached by several attendees telling me what a professional job my attorneys did ! Thx to all of the above in getting my variance passed ! Called in to speak with someone and was directed to Patrick Kline. I left a message on his voice mail. 24 hours went by without a return call. I called back in and receptionist said That I could leave another message and when questioning her why that was necessary she hung up on me. Obviously there add saying everyone is important and they respond quickly is not true.

Still waiting for a call back. I was told to leave my name & number on Brian Toughy's voicemail by the secretary. That was on Thursday, today is Monday. We'll see .........
