Serious delays in receiving settlement check. They keep saying I'll get it in a couple days, and then whenever I call to ask where is the check, they say oh whoops, looks like we will have to re-issue it again. They say it is a problem with fed-ex.so now we are using priority mail!? This has been going on for 2+ weeks now. I could rip my hair out.

I don't hear from them, very often. I filed this lawsuit. Before my husband passed, which was five years ago. I truly hope that this case will be resolved soon. Keep me informed and updated.
My case has been dragging on for six years. I never hear from them unless they want more paperwork. I guess if you're not going to make them a lot of money they don't care very much about their clients. I hope they read their reviews. The public should be aware that when they see commercials on television for class action suits against a product that has caused harm or death, that THEY may be dead before the suit is actually concluded.
