Misty Smith is the best! She really fights hard for her clients and is willing to go the distance for them. Cindi and the other ladies in the office are super friendly, always available to answer your call, and gets you whatever information or answers you need. You get more than just a lawyer with this office, you get a team that does their best for you and treats you like family! Absolutely wouldn't hesitate to call on them again if I ever need their services!

My Review is for Attorney Misty Smith! Where do I start? It's been a year now. I was broken down and on the edge of what I was going to do. I took my kids from Louisiana because i feared for their living conditions and safety. A month later my kids were pried from may hands by law enforcement In Missouri and taken back to their mother In Louisiana and the only way I could get them back was through court and an attorney. I talked to two attorneys before one Attorney in town Clay told me Misty would be great for me. I called her on the phone from Missouri and asked if there was anything she could do. My kids were in a bad situation and living environment and I KNEW I was the better parent for them to grow up with and to take care of them. Without any hesitation Misty wanted all information from me and witnesses and pictures of where we lived and within two weeks Misty had me already in court with a surprise for the Children's mother. That surprise let to another court date which Misty made happen in 30 days. Within 3 months of hiring her everything was over with. Misty had won Custody of my kids for me and I was granted the Domicile Custodial Parent of Dorman And Charlotte and they were to be living with me and my wife Elizabeth in Missouri from there on out. She attacked in court with many surprises and was very on top of her game. Now..I will say. Misty is a quiet lawyer. She's not very talkative once you are in the court room. That made me nervous...DO NOT LET THAT FOOL YOU!!! The defendents lawyer was Loud and obnoxious in the court room and I believe that was frowned upon alot. Then when it was Misty's time to shine. The lion was woken from its sleep. That Woman has her paperwork together and she knows when to stay humble until it's time to retaliate. She got me everything and I mean EVERYTHING I wanted. Her staff at the office that's always answering her calls were very very responsive to getting her to call me back. Hell!! The woman even gave me her facebook to directly contact her anytime! Misty would message me after hours sometimes at like 9pm for more information or things that she has thought about for court. I've been through three lawyers for child custody. Do you want the best lawyer in town??? Here she is. Misty smith. It's been over a year now and I know for a fact that she didn't accept my case for money...She accepted it out of love for kids! Her heart is solid pure gold when it comes to fighting for children. Thank you for everything!!!
