Had a lot of great experiences with this firm and with LegalShield. As a matter of fact, in one case alone, it saved me $2,500 and well over $1,000 in yet another. Great firm! Awesome LegalShield plan.

I was served a demand letter by a Patricia Wilcox and I could not get through to anyone even though the letter stated to contact her with my response. After weeks of no contact it took emails to everyone at the firm (besides Patricia as she’s not listed) to only be left a voicemail that the person who originally hired them was not represented by their firm. One of the most unprofessional companies I’ve ever experienced.

I would have to say that this law firm customer service would have to be a 0 star if this rating were possible. I called to follow up about my legal matter and unfortunately I was greeted with a very rude assistant by the name of KELSEY and she then transferred me to her supervisor which was very rude as well. I only asked for an update on my case as a paying customer should and down the hill we went. I was referred by legal shield, i would not work with this attorney office under any circumstance if you value your time money and business.

Major scam. Stay away from this horrible law firm. They have some sort of absurd policy in which you cannot send external links to files. That would be understandable if they could click on google drive links but how the heck else was I supposed to send video footage and other files that are too large for email? The attorney was rude, dismissive, and extremely unprofessional. Terrible business people who don’t deserve to be in business if this is how they treat people who need help. Nothing was solved other than she made my day much worse now that I have to cancel LegalShield and start over finding an attorney. The kicker? Took days to hear they aren’t going to help me. Here’s a 1 star review to forever remain.
