If you are buying a property and you need a good attorney Bryan Reardon is an excellent choice! Knowledgeable and very punctual, professional, proactive, he does everything needed to protect his clients’ best interests. Highly recommended, the whole team is great. Last but not least whenever we had any concerns and questions Bryan provided us with neat and easy to understand answers and explanations so we were able to take an informed decision which was essential for us! Bryan of D&R was wonderful to work with. When we found that the Title 5 septic system inspection failed and a large portion of the driveway was not within the property lines, he was not phased. He worked positively and professionally with a non-user friendly seller's lawyer. He and his staff brought us to a successful closing. This is what they do and they do it really really well. We can't recommend them more highly.
