Mr. Ducote is amazing. He is a kind and compassionate man, with a heart for justice. Mr. Ducote is brilliant in the courtroom. He is an expert on the law, and was an expert on my extremely complicated case. He came in late in the game but, because he put fighting for the truth first and did not concern himself with playing politics, we were successful in getting my children back in a safe environment. He was always prepared when we went to court. His memory and attention for detail was remarkable. My family will always be grateful for what he did for us. I think his fees were more than fair - he is definitely not in this for the money. I would highly recommend Mr. Ducote. His staff is also wonderful and very knowledgeable.

Absolutely horrible representation, had an associate from the office Erica Burns originally. When Erica left the firm Richard Decote was supposed to file with the court to be pro hac vice, this was never filed. We had one conference call with him and he was never heard from again during the next year of hearings. When I requested a refund for funds not used Decote insisted that the contract was adhered to and no refund would be granted. 17,500$ for one attorney to attend 3 hearings as agreed representation. And then my representation left and Decote never followed through on the contract for pro hac vice, never filed and no representation provided. Save your money!

I hardly think this law firm needs to be "reminded" of his/her/their "ethical obligations" by the PA Superior Court - which specializes in protecting corrupt prosecutors and judges and gaslighting those who complain. Thank you for standing up for the First Amendment for ALL Pennsylvanians and against ridiculous, impossible prior restraint "orders" against free speech.

Just Google him or any one of his attorneys, Corruption seems to be a theme in the practice.
