Joe graduated from Duquesne University Law School in 1998 with distinction. Joe has practiced Immigration Law for 18 years. Joe’s legal arguments have been incorporated into a number of published opinions on subjects as diverse as real estate law and consumer protection law. Joe has been published twice in Juris Magazine. Joe clerked for Justice Russell M. Nigro on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and worked in private practice after graduating from law school. Stephen R. Miller leads Pond Lehocky Giordano’s Pittsburgh office. Since his admission to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2000, Mr. Miller has dedicated his practice to workers’ compensation law and has litigated countless cases throughout central and western Pennsylvania. Mr. Miller spent the first 15 years of his legal career as a workers’ compensation defense litigator, representing employers and insurance companies at a large regional firm where he quickly advanced to partner.
