Wow! Kelly and Craig are the power team/couple not to mention their entire team as well! I started my own business earlier this year and eventually had plans of transitioning from a sole prop to an LLC, but I had no intentions of doing it within my first year of business. However, after attending several free informational workshops that the DuFord's held, I was informed on the importance of having an LLC for liability reasons, especially because my boyfriend and I are in the business of health and fitness and the risks are very high. Currently my boyfriend and I are planning on merging our businesses together and without the help of Kelly and Craig we would be totally lost.
