In the Fall of 2019 our family suffered the unimaginable. At no fault of their own, my two grandsons were involved in a car accident that claimed the life of one and critically injured the other. Dan represented my wife and I in a car accident case. He and his assistant Danny handled everything between speaking to medical providers, handling car insurance, and making sure all of our bills were in order and paid on time. You could tell they weren’t there to make a quick buck and actually fought to get us the money we deserved. They were very professional, kind, and sympathetic to our situation. I would recommend Dugan and Giroux Law to anyone seeking professional, empathetic, and top-notch counsel. Dan represented my husband and I in a personal injury case following an MVA in May 2021. From the moment we first met with him (as he was recommended to us as being the best in Wichita), we knew he would be the best person to represent us and fight for what we deserved out of the accident. Over the course of our case, Dan was timely with his communication, empathetic to our situation, organized and efficient, and truly fought for the compensation we deserved. His assistant, Danny, was amazing as well (Dan, you better give him a raise ASAP haha!). Although most people dread getting phone calls from their lawyers - we never did. They were so organized and efficient, that they only ever called if they truly needed something or if they had news to share. This made it easy to continue living our lives, working, and attending school, because we knew that Dan and his team had us covered. If you want someone that will constantly fight for you, respect your opinions/wishes, represent you to the best of their abilities, and someone that is also friendly and easy to get along with - I would recommend Dan Girioux x100.

Danny was great he was very helpful in trying to get me with the right person. Christine on the other hand was very unprofessional- so much so I would NEVER recommend anyone to do anything at this office if they have to deal with her. I asked to be routed back to the front office to speak with a lawyer on legal matters and she refused then tried to send me to another law firm. Other than danny being helpful I couldn't get in touch to make an appointment with a lawyer and had the most horrendous customer service I've recieved in my life. It's a shame people going through a major family crisis can't get compassion or assistance. It is extremely difficult for me to give a one star but her behavior warrants it.

I was having some issues with a difficult neighbor, and it seemed like a resolution was impossible, so it was going to the direction of court. I reached out to Dan, and met with him. Going into the office, my stress level about the situation was extremely high, and after our meeting it was completely gone. Dan took time to listen, asked questions, and was interested in learning the whole story. Offered his advice, and gave direction on how best to handle the situation. He genuinely wanted the best for BOTH parties and offered ideas to get there. He quoted me a price for his services, which was completely reasonable, and told us we would meet for court. He gave me a list of things that he needed (documentation from previous encounters and photos of the property) and told us to meet for court. He was on time for court, prepared, and presentable. He was able to talk with our neighbor before court and came to a resolution when one seemed impossible, avoiding court, and everyone left feeling satisfied. I really don’t know how he did it. Dan was phenomenal, and on top of it all was less than what he quoted! I wouldn’t hesitate to use Dan, again and again! Thanks a ton man!
