Does not communicate appropriately for clients to make informed decisions. Be extremely careful of their need to amend filings of notarized documents due to their errors which then contain new information that was inserted after petition and without your knowledge as the client and may harm you as a client by not allowing you the ability to make an informed decision about substantial and material issues that arise in your own case. Do not put any funds for safekeeping into the trust of this firm. They will refuse to deliver and you will lose Good Faith in their fiduciary duties. Expect excessive fees due to their errors as new issues arise that they did not forsee or consult with you about and how these issues become known after drafting or even after filing with the courts.
