My sweet mom's cancer started worsening last August, and she realized she needed a will. I contacted Duss, Kenney, et al and told them what I needed. Mr. Jonathan Smith called me back and explained a lot of estate info to me via a phone call. We set up a meeting time in a few days. Unfortunately, my mother took a sudden turn for the worse, and the very next day she went into the hospital. Mr. Smith & his wonderful assistant, Rosemary, came to the hospital to write the will. A month later, my mom passed. I was dealing with so much grief, the last thing I wanted was a long drawn out, complicated estate process. Jonathan handled everything very fast & efficiently. I meant to leave them a review months ago, but simply forgot. Today I had a question that arose dealing with her home insurance, so I emailed him to see if he could provide input.
