My son and I was in an auto accident in 2023. The at fault drivers insurance company wanted me to pay for my son and I medical expenses. I am really glad that I reached out to DGM&S. When they took our case they took care of everything. Everyone was professional and easy to talk to. Whenever I had a question or had to submit something the correspondence was fast. They fought through all the court process without having any trial. Would definitely use DGM&S again and recomment them to anyone who is in need of a personal injury attorney.

I used to work for DGM&S before moving out of state in 2008 to join a family practice in West Virginia. During my time there I saw daily how hard the team works for its clients, always trying to help them through a bad time which was not wanted and certainly not expected. After I was hit by a car while walking on the sidewalk with my two young children in their stroller just a couple feet ahead of me, I received countless letters in the mail from local firms. Almost every firm advertised a 30% rate charge, except for "The Tiger"; their's was 20%. After almost a year (10 and a half months), I finally received my check for under $7k with the firm having charged me 30%. They never even asked about personal items lost in the accident (a thousand dollar iphone) or the trauma I endured afterwards (I have diagnosed PTSD). I guess I should have re-read my contract, so that's on me, but their bait and switch game says a lot about this firm. Next time I get hit by a car ???? (hopefully never) I'll go with the guys who are charging 30%. They probably would have gotten me my money in half the time.
