I would not recommend Bernstein and Associates to anyone seeking an injury attorney. Their communication is terrible—getting a response from them is like pulling teeth. I constantly had to follow up just to get basic updates on my case, and when they did respond, it was vague and unhelpful. The case had been with them over a year and there is still no resolution. If you’re looking for an attorney who will actively fight for you and keep you informed, look elsewhere. This firm does not prioritize its clients.

It’s a lot that I would love to say but I’m going to keep it short. Nina worked with me through everything. She called me to update me on everything that was happening. Nina talked me through everything that was happening. Nina is so wonderful to have. Ed Bernstein & Associates will fight for you! I will definitely be coming back here!
