We have been with Ed McGovern and Allstate for over 20 years, and they have always been available for every phone call, crazy question, policy update or whatever we've needed. In addition, when we've had events where we needed our insurance coverage, their response has been quick and complete. I love that when I call the office, whoever I speak to has my files in front them them in seconds and can answer my questions knowledgeably and handle whatever I need, whether it is making a change to coverage we have or helping me find coverage for something new.

I've been with them for many years and always been happy. I've had numerous times I needed to talk to them and they always worked very quickly to answer my questions, add a car and email proof of insurance before I hung up the phone, and handled any claims in a pain free way. They have worked with me to get an extension when I was going to be late with a payment when I was unemployed. They call me back right away every time I leave a message. I'm really happy with them.

Ed and his team are great! They go out of their way to check in ever year with us to see if there is any opportunities for saving. On numerous occasions Ed’s team was able to save us a few bucks! Anytime we call, we are greeted with a member of his knowledgeable staff who take care of the situation ASAP. They even call back to follow up when the matter is handled. I cannot recommend this Allstate team enough for their efforts! 10/10

Overall I am very satisfied with the agency. Karen is very responsive & communicate well. She always works with me not against me. I appreciate that. My cost could be better considering I AM a safe driver. But again, I am a happy customer. ????

Whether it's tuning up my coverage for a new house or originating Renter's coverage for my daughter. After an auto accident they were on "the case" to help me recover from my loss and get my car fixed correctly without compromise.
