I worked with Alex on several different cases ranging from a very difficult divorce to business litigation to auto accident/ personal injury. I couldn't have asked for a better attorney on my side! Alex is an amazing attorney. As someone who works in law, I was pretty picky while looking for an attorney to help me navigate this new chapter in my life and to keep me in check. He kept me sane as well as kept me in check. He valued my time and understood my restraints. He returned emailed and phone calls same day which was important to me, as some one with anxiety and an over thinker.

I thought a while before I decided to write this so I was in a car accident July 20 of 2020 and I chose this firm I only worked with David so I can’t speak on the other guy. David was worthless. He never listened to me he never called me he never checked on me he never made me feel like he cared about me or what I was going through. He encouraged me to except every lowball offer and settle when I told him I didn’t feel like that was enough. He told me well it would look very bad for you if you don’t except the low offer, I really feel like he just wanted to get rid of me. He didn’t wanna fight for me. He didn’t want to advocate for me. I really wish I would have went to another lawyer I’m still dealing with pain and surgeries from my car accident and I’m never gonna get paid for them. Don’t use this attorney

Benson & Associates was an excellent Firm to work with! Particularly, Derek Warner helped us out significantly in dealing with a Landlord lawsuit we filed against a former living space. He was very professional and poised and we ended up winning the lawsuit out of court as they conceded!
