She's experienced and easy to work with, and I've used her services for over a decade now on a variety of issues.nnHer strengths are:nn1. Works in a collaborative way with opposing counsel, so you don't have to appear in court unnecessarily. Saves money and reduces stress.nn2. Is able to push forcefully when the need arises.nn3. Flexible in adapting to the style you need, i.e. she's happy to run the case, or to let you get involved, if you want to be very active in your own case.nn4. She's volunteers as a judge pro tem, so she's knowledgeable about the process and well known amongst the judges.nnHer weakness is (if you think it's a weakness): nnShe will not push hard to get what you want if you are being unreasonable, as she wants her cases to have solid justification.nnOverall, a very good attorney, and especially good if you want to have a more harmonious resolution to your case.

Don't waste your money here, because she doesn't care about her client.nnWhen I reviewed my case with Elainie, she misled me by telling me how straightforward my case would be. Turns out to be not. nnBefore the court date, I called Elainie's office a couple of times, trying to confirm if I need to prepare anything on my side. Elainie never answered my calls, and her assistant kept assuring me Elaine has everything in control, what I need to do is just to show up on time. But that was not the case! I was shocked how Elaine was unprepared in the court. When the judge asked her to show a document, she said she didn't have it, which was one of the most important document I gave to her for my case and which she eventually found in her piles of files. She stumbled a lot when answering judge's questions and apparently came without going over my files. Of course, judge dismissed my case and let me prepare more documentations. And you know what I will receive Elainie, another $1,000 bill for her useless 3 hours.nnWhen I sat in the courtroom, I got the chance to hear some other similar cases. There are good attorneys out there who knows what to prepare and how to address judge's questions, Unfortunately, Elainie is not one of those.
