Elk & Elk Co., Ltd.

Elk and Elk does a lot of bragging in their commercials. In 2016 I actually got hit by a taxi cab, Airport Taxi to be exact. The cab was speeding in the curb lane, hit me as it switched lane's. Being this accident happened right in front of Elk and Elk and across from Metro Hospital I took my business to Elk and Elk. Man, was that one big mistake. They screwed up the entire case, stating that I was on the bus when I got hit at the same time stating that the bus hit me. I personally call RTA busing to apologize for the Menace and inappropriate letter / information from Elk and Elk. The person I spoke with from RTA was very understanding and also was wondering how did they get involved, I simply told him I have no idea Elk and Elk screw this up and that RTA busing had nothing to do with my accident. I was hit by Airport Taxi cab service. After bringing this to the attention of Elk and Elk I later received a letter stating they would no longer be representing me.( in short, they threw my case back in my face). When calling them to ask what happened they immediately said we are not taking this case and you cannot talked us into taking this case end of conversation and just hung up. My first mind and feelings Lead Me to say negative and nasty things about Elk and Elk and I truly feel I have the right. But better than that I have all the letters ( police report, RTA police report, emergency ambulance report and all letters from Elk and Elk and more). So I will leave this as I left them, alone.
