Left message with Mandell Law firm with my NAME and number inquiring of possible services. Also stated in message if don't provide services in said County mentioned and don't know anyone who does, no worries; safe yourself a phone call. I received an UNNECESSARY call back. First she did not ask for me by my NAME; stated "someone called about legal services," --UNPROFESSIONAL. Secondly: I REITERATED wasn't necessary to call back per left message, which leads me to believe the message wasn't totally, or at all, listened to(DEFINITELY DIDN'T USE HER LISTENING EARS.). She said "Well I was calling you back to let you know we don't service that area and don't know anyone who does.". I once more REFERENCED the message I had left. As I was mentioning the message again, " Mmhmm, ok, just letting you know," like she was annoyed and then hung up. SO UNPROFESSIONAL, SMH ????????!!! Like I INCONVENIENCED her by inquiring of services, when was stated in voicemail no callback if not necessary.

Ellen is a great lawyer. I love her directness. She doesn't lie. She communicates clearly. She speaks facts only and makes sure all information is clearly communicated.
