My father signed paperwork before his passing early LAST year for an asbestos claim. I called a couple weeks ago. They said the payment/check is "in queue" to be printed??? I'm an IT consultant, it doesn't take time to print a check, you click a button or two. With all the news as of late of law firms stealing from their clients, I'm concerned to say the least. I would love to be able to change my opinion/review. I'll report back in 6 months :{

From the first day I spoke with them in 2021 up to today (11/18/22), they have kept me informed via email and phone. If I call them for an update they never sound like I'm bothering them and I have 3 cases pending now with them. They are highly knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.

So far I’m not happy with them. The First Lady I talked to was so nice, then got an email saying someone will call me in 5 business days, I waited a month and had to call them, then to be told there is no one I can talk to and I will get a call back, which I did from a very rude lady asking me the same question the First Lady did. I’m still waiting on a call for an update, but I have a feeling that will never happen. Very unorganized for a law firm.

Talk to someone on 12/28/22 and signed paperwork. Was told I would be contacted after holidays. Called over a month later and was told they didn’t have any info on me. Someone was to call me soon and it never happened. Funny thing is I got a credit alert that my SS number was used a few days after signing paper work. I wouldn’t trust these people.

I signed a retainer about a month ago. I have received zero communication since then from the legal team despite my attempts to get a status update both by phone (left two voicemails) and email. The lack of response and basic communication is disappointing and at this point I am assuming that no one is going to follow up with me despite my attempts.
