Zero communication back to you, avoidance behaviors from them, and shady behaviors from their clerks. Intentionally avoid your full offer of payment to move right into court so they can collect court costs. Shame on this company for the way they operate.

I had a reasonable experience with DS Erickson. The representative who handled my situation was always kind, professional, and tried to find a payment plan that worked for me. If I ever had to skip or move a payment they were very accommodating. I found that simply being honest and communicating made a huge difference. As a debtor, I had experience with other agencies, the professionalism shown here was above that I had experienced elsewhere. My advice, try not to need their services, but if you find yourself with an unexpected medical bill, these guys will treat you right.

First I would like to mention that all the 1 star reviews below are posted by debtors. One would not expect from debtor to write nice review about the collector, right? Debtors could rightfully be angry at the creditor who is represented by the attorney, but attorneys are just trying to do their job and make living. These attorneys are actually great people and i was surprised that attorneys are so nice. They are very helpful and friendly. They did a great job for me on trying to collect funds from the customer that never paid a dime for the goods that i delivered. They did not even charge me for some of the fees that they paid out of pocket such as recording some documents locally because my judgment was out of state. Not to mention that they did not charge anything for all their work because they couldn't collect anything in the end. Unfortunately debtor filed bankruptcy. However, they were able to retrieve small portion of the goods and they sent it to me at no cost as well?!! Who would do that nowadays??? Therefore, if you are a creditor, I HIGHLY recommend these guys. Nothing but the great experience in my case. I worked with Greg and Scott.

They sent me a collections bill for 1540$ listing Mayo clinc as the creditor. I havent been to Mayo clinic in over a year and have no outstanding bills with them. Planning on suing this lawfirm if this negatively impacts my credit.
