It matters who you choose to represent you! Ernie was the right choice. After almost a year with a different attorney we realized he was doing NOTHING in our best interest. Often felt like we were a bother to him. Not Ernest Jenks! He is a bulldog. He immediately started to make things happen. He has experience and knows exactly what to do. After a year of nothing it was great to have someone working for us. WC is so complicated. Don't try to do it yourself. You need Ernie.

This guys won’t even listen to your case. Go with a Portland workman’s comp or injury attorney. This person handles small cases from small areas that have no option of a good attorney. Also he made several threading calls after my last review to my number. Don’t call this time Mr. Jenks….. I will press charges for harassment. You’ve been warned!!

Ernie Jenks worked tirelessly to help me resolve my workman comp claim. Ernie is the only lawyer I have ever worked with, but I can say from first hand experience he is very personable and easy to work with!
