They were originally nice when I called to schedule. Delaney understood what I wanted and said she could take care of it (simply rewriting a deed). But then after I faxed over my info, her co-worker, Tara, encouraged her to not help me. So the day before my appointment, Delaney called and cancelled on me, saying there was nothing they could do for me. I couldn’t even get a word in! Couldn’t even rewrite the stupid deed that she originally said was no problem at all. Luckily I found someone else in New Castle that did it right away. This place will WASTE YOUR TIME.
Which lawyer do you hire here? Hard question, but has an attorney for all you criminal and/or family court needs. Very professional. Pricey, but you will get your $$$ worth.
