My father had entered into a care home and later passed away and I was fortunate enough to have Mike Wagner, Rachael Breeze and Sarah Jenkins work on my cases throughout the entire process from being appointed as Committee to now working through closing my father’s estate. The team at Farris LLP are knowledgeable, meticulous and intelligent and this gave me the reassurance that things would be done correctly and in a timely matter. If you enjoy paying some of the highest fees in town as tooted by the lawyer who called me Matthew T. Ostrow, give them a call. As soon as these snakes realize they won't be able to juice you for every penny you have, they decline to take on your case. Speaking from experience in being ripped off by another firm in Vancouver, Watson Goepel where I have spent tens of thousands in legal fees with NOTHING to show for and no end in sight. May real justice be served! My thoughts and prayers are with all of the struggling families who are looking for a peaceful resolution in a system that is "over-processed" and "behind the times" (the excuses lawyers make when they have no intention in settling your case).

In my opinion Wayne Fernandes is a very predatory family lawyer. Taking advantage of people and convincing them to take action not for their sake or protection, but to put cash in his pocket.

Extremely predatory. Be very careful on either side, use with caution. Disgusting.
