People working at the child support office seem to have a very low work ethic. I've been in the system as a custodial parent for 7 years and they never are on top of my case. Non custodial parent is 20k+ behind on payments. They do absolutely nothing. Getting a status update is hard to get from them. Don't hold your breath if you're waiting for them to call you back.
Just curious, DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO ANSWER THE PHONE? Ever? Good luck ever getting help from anyone in this office. What a joke.
Are the Child support office's ever going to open back up.
I receive kinship care from the state, on behalf of a child relative I am caring for. Whenever there is an issue I have to call this office, but I can never reach anyone, always a voicemail. There seems to always be confusion as to how child support and kinship work together or against one another. I am often given information that I don't know is accurate, as I've received information from the state that contradicts what this office has told me... I understand they must be overwhelmed, however the city must do a better job of equipping this office to work efficiently.
most unprofessional customer service reps ive ever dealt with the only person i feel gives me accurate up to date info is Camille P. everyone else ive spoke to seems to be confused uninformed or annoyed. i wouldn’t recommend using this child support agency if you don’t have to
