We dealt with Tim Schneider our first go around but I must say Joe Grimme is every bit as exceptional. He just wrapped up executing our wills. I had no idea that if you didn't have one in Kentucky and you have no offspring that only half would go to your spouse upon an unexpected demise. The other half goes to your parents. Our parents don't need our money so we resolved this by having Joe write up our wills leaving everything to the respective surviving spouse. If we both kick it at the same time everything is mostly split between the 6 nephews. Joe handled this process quickly and painlessly. I highly recommend!
