Paid $100 for an hour consultation that lasted 18 minutes. Explained my situation to him and he said he would look into my case and get back to me. ZERO legal advice given and NEVER received a call back. After a month I followed up and had to leave a message. Still no call back. A couple days later I spoke with someone in the office who was incredibly pushy about getting me to sign a contract with them. She eventually swore she would pass on the message and have him call me. 10 days later I left yet another message requesting a refund for a worthless consultation. They called me back this morning and tried yet again to push me into a contract. Do not waste you time or money. I have contacted several other lawyers at this point and none of them have pushed for me to sign a contract and they have all been helpful in some way with the exception of this group.
Be aware of his scam. He changed $1k advance for my friend case & made us sign all papers and took my credit card details manually on application form & refuse to answer calls or response to email. We had to hire another attorney. Soon i am going to bureau!
Matt is a very awesome Guardian Adlitum he really is great with kids and in court is very awesome! I’m very disappointed how the judge waved the Guardian fees, it’s not fair for all the work and hours he put into the case ! He deserves so much and more he is very knowledgeable and is very great with the judge, he does a great investigation and my daughters really enjoyed his visit ! He is honest and is one of the best attorneys I have met in my life !!!
I called and spoke with Matt to inquire about scheduling a consult with Kristin Kadar. I'd used Kristin before and felt she would be great for an upcoming custody case for my son. Matt looked in the computer and could see I was a previous customer and said he remembered me. He also said Kristin was taking new clients. A couple days later I receive a call from Kristin's admin who first ask which county was the courthouse. I told her Spotsylvania. She then stated Kristin was no longer taking clients in Spotsylvania. Their office is in Fredericksburg! Right next door! She then said she was practicing primarily in Stafford. I'm CERTAIN if this was the case, Matt would have known this when I called. He is familiar with my son's case because he was his attorney for the last case held in Spotsylvania. My hunch is Kristin didn't want to take on a custody case. Too much work. I've lost my respect for Kristin. It's a shame you can't get help from an attorney right down the street and they resort to lies to avoid a case. I'd rather she just admit that it's not something she would prefer to take on at this time.
great company! i sold lettuce on sunday and got arrested and he totally helped me!
